Matters Arising:

  1. Fire brigade: Anthony Gardener (Deputy area Commander) stated that the delay in the planning application and an up and running building was due to Highland Council Legal Dept. It was proposed that we invite him to the next meeting for and update. An integrated risk management action plan arrived today from the Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service. Les will have a look at it.
  1. A855: Still awaiting repairs. Les has spoken to Richard Blayne regarding the barrier repairs at Culnacnoc, and the reappearance of potholes. Clachan Township still hasn't got the roadside grit. Les will inform Richard of that also.
  1. Village Officer: No reply as yet. To leave open
  1. House at Flodigarry: approved. Matter closed
  1. Bus Shelters: Digg has been repaired, but still awaiting for the Storm damage fund to come through for the one at Ellishadder.
