Description This stone is located in Garafad and was used for religious purposes. Milk would be poured on the stone to encourage prosperity and in particular to encourage a good milk yield from their cattle. Milk that was put on the stone would have disappeared the following morning and this was taken as a good sign of having pleased the spirits or the fairy-folk. |
